If you would like to move forward once an approximate budget has been established, more detailed discussion will allow us to enter the design stage which will ultimately result in the production of scaled drawings that can be revised until we have arrived at a design we are both excited about. Drawings can easily be tranmitted and viewed via email. I can then provide wood samples, appproximate completion date, payment schedule, and invoice.
I serve clients throughout the United States and personally deliver completed work within a 250 mile radius of my workshop. For greater distances, I use a reliable delivery service that specializes in handling valuble goods.
This client asked me to design a coffee table with an eclectic feel that would sit in the center of a square room and have a live edge top. After gaining an understanding of some of the other furnishings in the room and the architectural style of the home, I arrived at this initial design.
The client decided that my initial idea was not the direction she wanted to go in. After further discussion and clarification I went back to the drawing board and came up with this new design which was accepted and approved for construction.
I communicated regularly with the client during the building process & provided photos of the work in progress. Here is an image of the completed table base in the workshop waiting for the top.
The completed table shows a live edge top supported by a beautifully crafted, airy, and elegant base. The materials are Texas mesquite & cherry. Satisfied client!
