Blues Box Armoire

The design inspiration for the Blues Box Armoire came from juke boxes of the art deco period. It was built to house audio equipment in the upper section and music CDs in the drawers. The sides and arched top were formed by a process of bent lamination in a vacuum press and then veneered inside and out.The doors and drawer fronts are solid bubinga and curly maple with hand sculpted pulls of wenge. This is a whimsical piece with a lot of personality and physical presence.

Materials: bubinga, curly maple, wenge
Dimensions: 72"H X 58"W X 24"D
$12,000
